Shipping policy
Domestic (United States) Orders ship via USPS, FedEx, or DHL Express. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after fulfillment.
International & EU Shipping We ship to 27 countries internationally, including across the EU. Estimated delivery times:
- DHL Express — 3–6 business days (recommended for EU)
- FedEx — 5–10 business days
- USPS — 10–21 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.
Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our shipping rates.
Tracking All orders include tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
